About Sabrina® Potted Climbing Rose
Rosa ‘MEIsiastri’ — Sabrina®
Breeder: Meilland | Type: Climbing Rose | Hardiness: Zones 5–9
🎀 Creamy petals brushed in pink give Sabrina® the look of a vintage porcelain rose—only this one climbs.
Sabrina® is a romantic Meilland climber covered in clusters of creamy white to pale blush-pink flowers delicately edged and brushed with deeper pink. The fully double, old-fashioned blooms open in generous clusters, creating a soft watercolor effect against glossy, dark-green foliage.
A vigorous repeat bloomer, Sabrina® combines that wonderfully nostalgic flower form with the stronger disease resistance and garden performance expected from modern Meilland breeding.

🎀 A Climber with a Romantic Side
Sabrina® has the kind of coloring that makes every flower look slightly different.
Some blooms open nearly creamy white with the faintest blush, while others develop a much stronger pink edge. As clusters open together, the plant becomes a beautiful mixture of cream, blush and rosy pink.
The effect feels wonderfully old-fashioned, but Sabrina® is very much a modern garden rose. Bred by Meilland in France, it was selected for repeat flowering, vigor and disease resistance as well as its romantic blooms.
💛 Why Grace Rose Farm Loves It
Sabrina® looks like someone took a paintbrush and lightly swept pink around the edges of every petal.
We love its softness. This isn't a loud climbing rose—it creates a romantic wash of cream and blush that works beautifully on an arbor, against a cottage fence, or trained beside an entrance.
And because the flowers are produced in clusters, an established Sabrina® in full bloom can create an incredible wall of flowers without feeling heavy.
It's elegant, feminine and just a little bit French.
🌿 Growing & Care
Plant Sabrina® in full sun and rich, well-drained soil. Provide a sturdy arbor, trellis, fence or other support and begin training the long canes while they're young and flexible.
For the most flowers, don't simply train every cane straight upward. Gently directing the main canes horizontally or in a fan shape encourages flowering laterals to develop along more of the cane, creating a fuller display.
Avoid heavy pruning while the plant is becoming established. Once mature, remove dead or damaged wood and selectively renew older canes as needed.
