As the Client Support Manager for Grace Rose Farm, my mission revolves around attracting, retaining, and ensuring client satisfaction. Often, people ask me how I could love doing customer service, as it is a role that can be very difficult and only a few people enjoy. I genuinely love my job, and I cannot imagine doing anything other than delivering a positive experience to the people who support Grace Rose Farm. We offer the best roses in the world, and I back them with excellent support. I am also a rose lover and grower, so my passion for roses has been woven throughout my life.
