About Lavender 'Meerlo'
Lavandula allardi 'Meerlo'
Lavender 'Meerlo' is a striking woody evergreen perennial known for its broad, soft green leaves edged in creamy-yellow variegation and a strong, clean lavender scent. Unlike many lavenders, 'Meerlo' is prized just as much for its foliage as for its lavender-blue flower spikes, which appear from summer into early fall. It's more humidity tolerant than most varieties and makes an excellent focal point in containers or warm-climate gardens. Best in full sun and well-drained alkaline soils. Drought resistant once established.
