Grace Rewards is our free rewards program created to reward you for shopping with Grace Rose Farm. The more you shop, the more points, rewards, and benefits you can unlock to enjoy on future purchases.
There is no membership fee. It is simply our way of giving a little more back to our rose community.

If you have purchased from Grace Rose Farm before, you may already have an account with us and do not need to create a new one. Simply log in using the email address associated with your previous purchases.
If you are new to Grace Rose Farm, simply create an account and you will automatically be enrolled in Grace Rewards so you can begin earning points on eligible purchases.
We recommend using the same email address each time you shop so all of your Grace Rewards activity stays connected to one account.

You will earn points on eligible purchases that can be redeemed directly toward a future purchase or used to redeem products through your Rewards page.
We will also offer exclusive and seasonal products available specifically for Rewards redemption, giving you even more ways to use the points you earn throughout the year. As you move through our four Grace Rewards tiers, you can unlock additional benefits and earn points at a faster rate, helping you reach your next reward even sooner.
You can view your points balance, available rewards, exclusive product redemptions, tier benefits, and progress toward your next tier anytime through your Grace Rewards page.

Being a previous Grace Rose Farm Member does not automatically place you into a higher Grace Rewards tier.
However, if your paid Membership still had time remaining when we transitioned to Grace Rewards, we have adjusted your starting Rewards tier to recognize the unused portion of your Membership term.
Your starting tier will be adjusted based on your previous Membership level as follows:
Gardener → Rose Friend
Collector → Rose Bestie
Conservator → Rose Family
If your Membership term had already been fully completed before the transition to Grace Rewards, your previous Membership level will not change your starting Rewards tier.
Once you are in Grace Rewards, you can continue earning points and eligible spend toward your next tier just like everyone else.

Previous purchases will not be converted into Grace Rewards points.
Prior to Grace Rewards, we offered different membership and rewards programs with their own benefits and savings. Because those programs operated separately and offered different types of value to our customers, there is not an accurate way to convert previous purchases and benefits into points within the new Grace Rewards program.
For that reason, everyone will begin earning Grace Rewards points from the launch of the new program forward.
But you do not have to wait for your next purchase to start earning! We have included plenty of ways to earn free points and give your Grace Rewards account a head start.
You can earn additional points by completing activities, answering our surveys, referring a friend, and participating in other opportunities available through your Rewards page.
Be sure to check your Rewards page regularly, as we will continue adding new ways to earn and redeem throughout the year.

Previous Petal Points cannot be transferred or converted directly into Grace Rewards points.
However, we have not forgotten about the points you previously earned.
If you had remaining Petal Points, your starting Grace Rewards tier was adjusted as follows:
More than 10,000 Petal Points → Rose Family
5,000 to 10,000 Petal Points → Rose Bestie
Up to 5,000 Petal Points → Rose Friend
While your previous Petal Points will not appear as points in your new Grace Rewards account, your starting tier reflects the points you had accumulated with us.
From here, you can begin earning new Grace Rewards points through purchases as well as all of the additional ways to earn available through your Rewards page.

To receive your birthday perk on your actual birthday, simply enter your birthday in the “More Ways to Earn Points” section of your Grace Rewards page.
Your birthday perk is based on your Grace Rewards tier, so the perk you receive may vary depending on your tier status at the time it is issued.
If you do not enter your birthday, don’t worry! Our system will automatically issue your tier specific birthday perk on June 1 of that year.
Birthday perk notifications and redemption instructions will be sent by email, so please make sure you are opted in to receive Grace Rose Farm emails.

You earn Grace Rewards points for every eligible dollar you spend with Grace Rose Farm.
Your points can be redeemed for available rewards to use toward future purchases. Depending on your Grace Rewards tier, you may also earn points at a faster rate, allowing you to reach your next reward sooner.
Simply log into your account to see your current points balance and available rewards.

Eligible purchases made through the Grace Rose Farm website including Live Shopping can earn Grace Rewards points.
Make sure you are using the email address associated with your Grace Rewards account when placing your order so your points are credited to the correct account.
Certain products, promotions, fees, taxes, shipping charges, or other purchases may be excluded from earning points. Any applicable exclusions will be noted in the program terms.

If an eligible purchase is canceled or refunded, any points earned from that portion of the purchase will be deducted from your Grace Rewards account.

Yes! Your Grace Rewards points can be redeemed for select products in addition to being used toward future purchases.
We will also offer exclusive and seasonal products for Rewards redemption throughout the year, so be sure to check your Rewards page to see what is currently available.
When an eligible product reward becomes available to you, simply redeem your points through your Grace Rewards account and follow the instructions provided to claim your reward.
Availability may vary, and select products may only be available while supplies last.

Achievements are additional ways to earn rewards by completing select activities with Grace Rose Farm.
Each available Achievement will tell you exactly what you need to do and what you will receive once it is completed. You can view your available Achievements by logging into your Grace Rewards account.

Voting gives our Grace Rewards community another opportunity to earn points while sharing your thoughts with us.
When an eligible voting opportunity becomes available, simply answer the question and the applicable points will be added to your account. It is an easy way to earn additional points while helping us learn more about what our rose community loves.

Yes. Grace Rewards points expire 12 months from the date they are earned.
Points expire on a rolling basis, which means each set of points has its own expiration date based on when you earned them. For example, points earned in October will expire 12 months later, rather than all of your points expiring at once at the end of the year.
To help make sure you don’t miss out, we will send you a monthly Grace Rewards account summary showing your points balance and any points scheduled to expire that month.
We encourage you to keep an eye on your monthly summary and redeem your points before they expire so you can enjoy everything you’ve earned.

We strongly encourage you to use one Grace Rewards account and the same email address each time you shop.
Keeping all of your purchases on one account ensures your points and eligible spending accumulate in one place, helping you earn rewards and reach higher Grace Rewards tiers faster.
While account merging may be possible in certain circumstances, we cannot guarantee that all points, rewards, or account activity will transfer when accounts are combined.
For the best Grace Rewards experience, choose one account and use it for all of your Grace Rose Farm purchases moving forward.

Our referral program is simple: Give $15, Get $15.
Share your unique referral link with a friend. Your friend will receive $15 off their first qualifying purchase of $100 or more.
Once your friend completes their qualifying $100 purchase using your referral offer, you will receive $15 off a future purchase as a thank you for introducing them to Grace Rose Farm.
The $100 minimum purchase requirement is calculated before taxes and shipping.

Yes. Your friend must complete their first qualifying purchase of $100 or more, excluding taxes and shipping, using your referral offer before your $15 referral reward will be issued.
Simply sharing your referral link does not qualify for the reward.

Once your friend completes their qualifying purchase, your $15 referral reward will be sent to the email address associated with your Grace Rewards account.
Follow the instructions in the email to redeem your $15 discount on a future purchase.

Your Grace Rewards tier is determined by your eligible spending with Grace Rose Farm during the applicable qualification period.
As your eligible spend increases, you can move into higher tiers and unlock additional benefits.
You can always log into your account to see your current tier and progress toward the next one.

Your tier status is based on your eligible spending during the applicable qualification period. Please refer to your Grace Rewards account for your current tier status and progress.

Grace Rewards members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on the qualifying order subtotal.
Points are calculated after discounts are applied and exclude taxes and shipping charges. Purchases of gift cards are also excluded from earning points.
Points are rounded down to the nearest whole point.

To award points for following us on Instagram, our system needs to be able to recognize and verify your Instagram handle. This means your Instagram account must be set to public at the time you complete the follow action.
If your account is private, you can temporarily switch it to public, follow us through your Grace Rewards dashboard, and once your points have been awarded, you can switch your account back to private.
